Students are welcome to quickly pop in to change their library books before or after school.
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm
Tuesday and Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
Students are asked to sign in and out if staying in the afternoons.
Tutoring / homework Club – Secondary School
A teacher is available in the Lighthouse from 3:10pm-4:25pm on Mondays and Thursdays for basic tutoring / help with homework.Please see email sent home to families on January 27 for further information.
Canteen staff are serving breakfast at the Lighthouse Café each morning between 7:45 and 8:20am. The new menu has been shared via daily notices on Student Café and Parent Lounge.
Chess coaching / tutoring
Chess coaching is available in both the Junior and Secondary Schools. Please refer to emails sent home to families for details on how to register and pay. You must register prior to attending.
Classes run by Chess Mates in the JS Library for Prep-Year 6 students.
Classes run by Gardiner Chess in the Lighthouse for Year 7-12 students.
Our libraries have a large range of both print and digital resources available to teachers and students, including eBooks, research databases and other materials. Students are regularly reminded about these and can access them via links on the Oliver Library News Pages. Secondary students can find the link on Student Central. Junior School students will be shown how to save the link on their iPads during library lessons.
