ICT

The Junior School is equipped with two state of the art, air-conditioned, networked computer laboratory. Students have access to 28 PC workstations, scanners and digital cameras. A variety of educational multimedia and photo-editing software give our students the edge in the area of information technology.

Students are taught specific skills from Prep to Year 6. Lessons in Year 1 to 4 are taken by class teachers, while lessons from year 5 to 6 form part of the upper school rotation program and are taken by the ICT Co-ordinator.

The aim of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) program is to show students how computers and associated technology can be used to enhance their learning across all curriculum areas.

Students also have access to the Internet via the computer lab and use this under close supervision for educational purposess only.
